- If there are any additional charges due to airline cancellations, passengers must bear the cost difference.
- The tour operator and Suvarna Yatra will not be responsible for cancellations due to natural disasters, traffic jams, road closures, landslides, or other unforeseen circumstances.
- Bus seating will be assigned on a rotational basis. Please cooperate accordingly.
- The tour manager’s decisions during the trip will be final and binding.
- Issues arising due to passport or any document validity are the sole responsibility of the customer.
- Early check-in and late checkout at hotels will be at the customer's expense.
- Advance payment made for booking is non-refundable under any circumstances. However, customers can choose an alternative package within 3 months of the original booking.
