- Flight Changes: Any additional charges due to flight delays or cancellations must be borne by the passenger.
- Unforeseen Circumstances: Apoorva Holidays and its operators are not responsible for disruptions caused by natural calamities, traffic issues, roadblocks, or other unforeseen events.
- Bus Seating: Seating arrangements on the bus will follow an alternate allocation system. We request your kind cooperation.
- Tour Manager Authority: The decisions made by the tour manager during the trip are final and binding.
- Document Responsibility: Passengers are solely responsible for ensuring all travel documents, including passports and visas, are valid and up to date.
- Hotel Timings: Requests for early check-in or late check-out are subject to hotel policies and must be managed by the customer.
- Booking & Refund Policy: Advance payments are non-refundable. However, the amount can be adjusted against any future tour booked within 3 months.
Cancellation Policy:
- 50% of the amount will be charged 15 to 20 days before departure.
- 75% of the amount will be charged between 15 and 10 days before departure.
- 100% of the amount will be charged from the 10th day to the departure date.
