CONDITIONS
- If there are any additional charges due to airline cancellations, passengers must bear the cost difference.
- The tour operator and Suvarna Yatra will not be responsible for cancellations due to natural disasters, traffic jams, road closures, landslides, or other unforeseen circumstances.
- Bus seating will be assigned on a rotational basis. Please cooperate.
- The tour manager's decisions are final during the trip.
- Any issues due to passport or other document validity are the sole responsibility of the customer.
- Early check-in and late checkout of hotels will be the customer’s responsibility.
- Advance payment made for booking is non-refundable under any circumstances. However, you may opt for any other Suvarna Yatra package within 3 months.
Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellation 20 to 15 days before departure: 50% charges apply
- Cancellation 15 to 10 days before departure: 75% charges apply
- Cancellation within 10 days of departure: 100% charges apply
